Now for the good stuff
This week's newsletter we'll be diving into self-discovery. I'm on a mission to help you unlock your potential and find your unique 'Glow Zone'. After all, it's why I created this movement in the first place! So, let's get started.
1) Identifying Your Strengths
The first step to finding your Glow Zone is recognizing your strengths. These are the things you're naturally good at. Maybe you're a whiz with numbers or a maestro in the kitchen. Whatever it is, embrace it, and start getting comfy talking about it.
I've got a couple of useful questions I like to ask clients when we're identifying strengths:
I'd love to hear about your strengths. Share them with me and tag @aimee_young_coaching on Insta. Getting comfortable talking about our strengths inspires others to do the same.
2) Nurturing Your Passions
Passion is the fuel that drives us. It's what gets us up in the morning and keeps us going when things get tough. What are you passionate about? Is it art, sports, or maybe even gardening? Finding work and hobbies that align to yor passions are a key step in living a really ffilled life. I'll always encourage you to pursue what makes you truly happy at the harm of no other.
3) Setting Achievable Goals
Now that you've identified your strengths and passions, it's time to set some goals. This is really important! Remember, the key is to make them achievable, and keep them aligned to YOU and what YOU want. Start small and gradually work your way up. I actually posted about this a couple of days ago, if you missed it you can find it here
So, what's your first goal? Looking for some help with it? Reply here and I'll help you craft a goal that aligns with your authentic aims and ambitions.
Got a story to tell? I'd love to start featuring you POWERHOUSE humans in this newsletter. Had a wild career? Got an inspiring story to tell? LMK. I'd love your voice to be heard.
That's all for this week, Glow-Getters! Remember, your Glow Zone is unique to you. Embrace it, nurture it, and let it shine.
Until next time, keep glowing!
